Prior to founding RVG, Aachi held several global leadership roles in global banks like Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and ICICI across Sales & Structuring, Structured Trade & Financing & Trading. Aachi is a technology enthusiast and an active social impact investor. He serves as an advisor to several fast growing companies in Asia across countries & sectors. 

Francis has over 25 years experience in investments, financial markets & investment banking. He has been at the forefront of the development of the principal investments & structured finance markets in AsiaPac working in banks such as Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and ICBC, where he was responsible for running their principal investment & structured finance business.  

Vikram has over 30 years of in-depth knowledge of Asian markets with deep rooted relationships especially with Indian companies. Prior to RVG, Vikram worked with Deutsche Bank, UBS, VTB Capital and GE Capital. Vikram's deal experience is varied, including structured debt & equity - both performing & distressed, mezzanine financing, ABS, WC financing and aircraft financing
